Nickelodeon Joins Disney Apps on the iPad

Nickelodeon announced the release of two new iPad apps available in the App Store that are targeted to kids using the iPad.

The two applications, Dora the Explorer and Daily Jigsaw for $4.99 and .99 respectively.   Of the two apps, Dora looks to be the better (hence the higher price) with a lot of fun, creative things for kids to do on the iPad.

Last week, Disney’s iPad announcement was that it would launch several paid and free applications for the iPad.

Nickelodeon, bastion of all things kid-oriented (and purveyor of awesome sitcoms like Roseanne at night) are releasing two new iPad apps.
